What I ate:
This is a quick fun pizza place. They had lots of choices of different kinds of pizza to choose from. I went back and forth deciding what to pick. After I ordered my food I chose a booth to sit in. Even though this place is sort of small, it does have booths and table s you can sit at.
The white pie is a thin pizza that has a bunch of different cheeses on it. It has ricotta, fontina, parmesan, mozzarella, roasted garlic, sea salt, olive oil and fresh Italian parsley. It was a real good pizza. The crust had a nice crunch to it and it definitely had the right amount of garlic. The different cheeses together was good as well. It wasn’t too cheesy. I liked eating the big dollops of ricotta cheese in bites with the rest of the pizza. If I had a bite with just the hunk of ricotta it would be too much for me.
The Sicilian was pretty good. It was a thick crust pizza that had tomato sauce, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. The crust only had a little crunch to it. The mozzarella was good and worked well with the basil. The only thing I didn’t like about this pizza was the huge roasted tomatoes. They were just sitting on top of there. When I bit into them, all I could taste was the sweet tomato with only a little cheese. I think It might be better if they either put less of the huge tomatoes or they could put smaller pieces of tomato.
The only reason I’m mentioning the Orange Fanta in this review is because it tasted like it was mostly sprite. Maybe it was mixed up or something.
How did they measure up?
