Carrot & Ginger Soup
Riviera Salmon
Chocolate Pot de Crème

This place is really fancy!
I like the ambiance here. Its so nice and chic. My table was in an upper room with lots of glass windows, but the light was dim so it was really chill. My server’s name was Andrew and he was really helpful when I was asking him about stuff.  He even brought us this really good bread with these different oils. Sooo good!

First I had the carrot and ginger soup. It was interesting. It was really sweet, but it has an under tone of tanginess. There was a green herb in the soup and I don’t know what it was, but it worked well. I wish they had a little more of it in there.

For my main course, I had the salmon and it was delicious. Very juicy and tender. The cauliflower was crunchy and smokey. The swiss chard was great too! It had a good level of salt, but there was a hint of sweetness that took me by surprise. It worked well though. There was a puree under the cauliflower added more smokiness to the dish.

The ice cream pot was good. They could have put more vanilla on the top, but it was light and airy. The chocolate was rich and in your face.
