Trap Kitchen LA
South Central - Los Angeles, CA
What I ate:
BBQ Hungry Man Meal: Pork Ribs, Chicken, Baked Beans and Potato Salad
My mom saw these guys on Instagram way before we had out tripped planned to LA, but then I started following the on Instagram. I knew I had to try it out once I knew we were going.
Visiting Chef Spank and Trap Kitchen so crazy. They were taping for a TV show that day so it took so long.
My ribs were moist and flavorful, very good. There wasn’t much fat so you really got pieces with juicy meat. I love baked beans so I had to get them. I loved what they did, they were sweet and had the BBQ flavor. I don't really eat potato salad, but theirs was pretty good. My mom ate most of mine.
The chicken was good, but just a little dry. It was still good. You could taste the grill flavor one the skin which I liked. I ate every thing.
It reminds you of a family cookout because we had to go to their house. They were so busy, getting orders out and taping the TV show. We waited over an hour trying to figure out where exactly the pickup place was. We weren’t used to the area to that was the only challenge.
How did they measure up?
