Meet Chef Ryan!
A native of Fort Washington, MD, Ryan found his calling to chef while as a Business major at the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore. Ryan started out cooking and grilling for a few college mates, which turned into to grilling for friends’ summer beach parties. By trade, Ryan is a certified mixologist, but food he says cooking “was still calling him”. Fast forward to 2017, his passion for serving and cooking for others had not stopped. In September 2017, after a fun filled summer with ample time spent in the kitchen and on the grill, he launched ONEOAK Meal Prep. His reason behind the launch was to follow his passion and bring something different to the scene. Giving his clients a good variety of meals that are healthy and flavorful down to the last bite. As Ryan tells it, “I’ve spent several years working in and out of restaurants with different chefs, learning, perfecting my craft and finding my way around the kitchen and grill. I felt that it was time to share my skills with others.”
